I work from my home office in Lac Le Jeune, British Columbia where I am involved in all sorts of interesting projects related to online communities and teaching and learning online. I have been involved in online education since 1995 in many different roles: student, researcher, instructor, software designer, community coordinator, administrator, instructional designer, course management site administrator, curriculum developer, project manager...
I currently work in the Communities and Academic Growth division of BCcampus where I support leaders of several Communities of Practice, and steward two communities for educational practitioners: SCoPE and ETUG. I am also involved in the development of the Learn Together Collaboratory, a new professional development networking site.
